Capita SIMS, RM Integris, Scholarpack, Progresso, Facility CMIS, iSAMS, Bromcom, Arbor, Engage and Pupil Asset. We are adding new providers all of the time. Please get in touch for further information.

Do you limit the amount of API requests I can make?

No. Wonde has no hard limit in place but we monitor excessive API usage and are happy to advise on how to optimise API calls.

The information I am looking for is missing, can I have it?

Yes, more than likely. We are happy to work with you to make sure Wonde gives you everything you need, please get in touch if you would like us to extract some extra fields. As not all school MIS platforms are able to provide all datasets, we are limited by what they have available.

Can I trial your API?

Yes. You can have access to our trial school data without paying or signing anything. Please get in touch to gain access.

Do you have code examples?

Yes, you can find our client libraries here and our API documentation is available here. Our documentation includes an example response for each endpoint.

How do I get information on updates to Wonde’s API?

All customers will receive a newsletter when updates are made.

Is there a minimum amount of schools I will need to pay for?

No, you just pay for what you use.

How do I access a school’s data?

When you sign up to Wonde, you are given access to a control panel where you’re able to search for a school and request access to their data. The school then receives a notification requesting them to approve or decline you access. If the school chooses the approve option, the data becomes instantly available to you through the API.

What happens if a school doesn’t currently use Wonde?

If a school’s data is requested, and the school doesn’t have Wonde installed, our engineers contact the school and perform and installation straight away. The integration with a school can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.

Is it free for schools?

Yes. Schools don’t pay anything for our data extraction or write back service.
